For over 10 years Jimmy Frejat has worked in the dry cleaning industry. Jimmy turned to colleagues, friends, and family for support in launching his own company. Since the beginning, Jimmy has envisioned a place that offered top of the line dry cleaning but that was also economically responsible. Since 2005, Jimmy has taken initiative and has built a company that he stands by and is proud of.
Opening his first location in Clarskton Michigan Jimmy took charge and began towards his vision. Like several startup Jimmy faced a number of difficult times. Through perseverance and motivation Champs Cleaners has become a part of the community in which it serves. Champs cleaners has 4 awards by the community of Clarkston for The Best Dry Cleaner and Talk of the Town Award for Excellence In Customer Satisfaction 4.5 stars out of 5. Jimmy's pride is built on the communities feedback and support and cannot thank each person enough.
Our mission is to provide quality dry cleaning service with exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on treating people fairly, providing quality dry cleaning, and friendly customer service, there is nothing we wont do for our customers.
Champs Cleaners has launched a Go Green initiative challenging all our customers to take part. We are small business but everyone must do their part. Not only have we invested in equipment that is more eco-efficient but we have been making a big push to get rid our plastic bag covers. We have purchased thousands of Green Bags that we are using with several individual customers and local companies. The Green Bag acts as dry cleaning cover and laundry bag each time you come in you swap your dirty laundry bag for a fresh dry cleaning cover that has all your cleaned and pressed clothes ready to go. I would also like to recognize the community on the behalf of Champs Cleaners and myself (Jimmy Frejat Owner/ Operator) to again thank the community of Clarkston and surrounding areas for their commitment. Without your loyalty and dedication we would never have been able to win this award 4 years consecutively. We take every suggestion and recommendation made by the community to heart and will continue to improve our methods and offerings. We look forward to serving the community for many years to come.
