Do you do all your dry cleaning in-house?: Yes. All of our services are processed on-site.
Is there a minimum order?: No, we cater to your needs, not the other way around.
Do I have to be home?: No, when you register with us you pick a place from where you would like us to make pick-ups and deliveries.
Are your prices based on gender?: No, all prices are the same.
Do you do alterations?: Yes, attach instructions to the garment.
Do you clean household items?: Yes, we clean your drapes, linens, rugs, comforters and much more.
Do you clean and press sheets?: Yes, nothing beats laying in freshly cleaned and pressed sheets.

How do you determine the best cleaning method?: To ensure the highest quality, we follow Care Label instructions per piece and the laws designed to protect you.
What if a Care Label is missing or has been removed from the garment?: We will dry clean the item unless you tell us otherwis; however, we accept no responsibility for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?: If you are unhappy with the results, we will reprocess the piece at no chrage to you. We are very meticulous to detail and caring for your garments
What if I forget to remove personal items from my pockets?: If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles sent to us. Please make sure to check all your garments for money, jewelry or other valuables before you leave.
Should I try to remove a stain first?: No, it has been our experience that any attempts to remove the stain on your own may set your stains. If you get a fresh stain to us, untreated, we have a better chance of removing it without damaging your garment.
My comforter does not fit in my washing machine.: Yes, we clean much more than clothes. We also process household items such as blankets, comforters, and most draperies.
